Try InvoiceSherpa →Open invoices against annual revenue bands
An InvoiceSherpa plan follows how many invoices are open at one time: Sole Proprietor to 100, Small Business 101 to 500 and Enterprise unlimited, at $49, $99 and $199 a month on the Monthly view. A Chaser tier follows annual revenue: Compact under 5 million USD, Core under 13 million USD and Complete under 120 million USD, per the United States comparison row of its pricing page.
The two meters measure different things, so a price for one is not a price for the other. Chaser's plan cards print revenue limits in another currency in the United States view, so we use its comparison row only.
Users, templates and workflows on the entry plans
Chaser Compact includes 4 users, 30 follow-up templates and 4 automated receivables workflows. Core, from $779 a month billed monthly for revenue under 13 million USD, lifts all three to unlimited and adds multi-entity support, which Compact lacks. Chaser's detailed plan comparison lists text reminders on Compact with 100 credits a month, and extra credits are a paid add-on.
InvoiceSherpa gives every plan unlimited user accounts, unlimited automated workflows and SMS payment reminders.
Accounting systems each connects to
InvoiceSherpa connects to QuickBooks Online, Xero and Clio. Chaser's integrations list names Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, AccountsIQ, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Financial Force, Epicor and Zapier. A team on Sage, Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP finds them on Chaser's list and not on InvoiceSherpa's.
Trials and contracts
InvoiceSherpa's trial runs 14 days with the full platform and no credit card, then needs a plan and card details. Chaser's sign-up page, help center and terms give a 10-day free trial, while one integration page says 14, so we state the sign-up page's 10. Chaser's help center says the trial leaves out text chases and call reminders.
Chaser's QuickBooks Online page says no credit card is needed; its terms say billing details are given at the end of the trial. InvoiceSherpa's terms renew a subscription unless written notice comes 30 days before the term ends, so a yearly payment is a year's commitment.
Who should pick InvoiceSherpa and who should pick Chaser
Pick InvoiceSherpa for a team of 1 to 30 people on QuickBooks Online or Xero that wants a bill following open invoices, with text reminders, autopay and late fees on every plan. Pick Chaser if a bill set by annual revenue band suits you, you need unlimited users and multi-entity from Core, or you run Sage, Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP.
Pick Paidnice for a smaller firm that wants a plan priced by new invoices. See Chaser alternatives, InvoiceSherpa vs Paidnice and best accounts receivable automation software for the wider field.
