Is InvoiceSherpa legit: what its own pages show

InvoiceSherpa publishes its prices, terms and help articles, and they show who takes your payments, how a subscription renews and how to leave. Its pricing page prints three plans in US dollars: $49, $99 and $199 a month on the Monthly view, sized by open invoices, plus a 1% transaction fee on all invoices paid (as read on October 31, 2026).

Who handles the money: your processor, not InvoiceSherpa

InvoiceSherpa says it does not handle monetary transactions or fund transfers to your bank account. A payment processor, the outside company that takes the card or ACH payment, decides which payment options exist. The terms add that enrolling in the invoice payment feature is not automatic and can be refused, and that payments may be charged back to your account.

The terms also say InvoiceSherpa is not a debt collections agency, and they list collection agencies among the businesses whose payments it may not accept. Confirm your processor is supported before you start.

Renewal, refunds and price changes in the terms

InvoiceSherpa's terms say set-up, transaction and monthly subscription fees can change without notice, and also say a price increase of up to 15% needs written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, so we promise no price will hold.

A subscription renews for a period equal to its term unless a party gives written notice of nonrenewal at least 30 days before the term ends, so a yearly payment is a year's commitment. The terms read are dated October 1, 2023.

Paidnice's pricing page says it has no contracts and no lock-ins and that you can cancel at any time. InvoiceSherpa's own pricing page says no annual contracts, against the 30-day notice in its terms; InvoiceSherpa pricing sets out both, and InvoiceSherpa alternatives lists the other options.

Data, leaving and support

InvoiceSherpa's help center says "Cancel Subscription" closes the account with immediate effect and deletes all data and connections, so use it only when you are done with the account. The terms add that InvoiceSherpa may destroy user data within ten days after the term ends.

Disconnecting a QuickBooks Online connection can lose data, and InvoiceSherpa's help article says it takes no responsibility for any data loss. The pricing grid lists multi-factor authentication on all three plans. Support runs by email and chat, and the pricing page calls it North American based.

Customer counts and testimonials, attributed

InvoiceSherpa says thousands of professionals across industries use it to automate payment collections. Its customer quotes and result figures are InvoiceSherpa's claims, not repeated here. This page rests on InvoiceSherpa's published prices, terms and help articles.

The 14-day free trial needs no credit card to start, and a plan and card details when it ends. The InvoiceSherpa free trial page lists what to test, and the InvoiceSherpa review covers fit.
